Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob powder, yellow beeswax, lecithin.

Suggested Use: Adults: Take one softgel, twice daily with food, at least 2 hours before or after taking medication. 

Duration of Use: For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
